SalesCloud ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, e.g. due to incorrect price information or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.
Delivery of goods/service
All orders are processed the next working day after ordering. If the product is not in stock, a customer service representative will contact you and inform you of the estimated delivery time of the product.

All prices in the online store include VAT if applicable.
Refund policy
Courses, membership fees, event tickets, gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Information will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances. All personal information will be strictly confidential and will not be given or sold to a third party.
Governing Law / Jurisdiction
This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of it, it shall be tried before the District Court.
